Each State has their own website listed at the top of the page.
Each State has an annual State Conference where matters of importance to the organisation of Brigade in that State are discussed.
Elections are also held for the positions of State Commissioner, Deputy State Commissioner/s and any other State positions filled by elected personnel.
Each executive position may only be held for six consecutive years.
Each Company has the right to vote at these elections and on decisions made at this level.
Between State Conferences the power of the Conference is vested in the State Council which meet at least four time each year and comprises of the following personnel:

STATE CHAPLAIN
STATE TREASURER
STATE SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR

DIVISIONAL COMMISSIONERS (Gold and Navy Lanyard)
Members of State Council wear their own lanyard and Red braids on their epaulettes, while the State Training Teams wear they own lanyards and Green braids on their epaulettes.
Statistical Returns are filled in each September by each Company.
State/National/International and Fellowship fees are calculated on these returns and payments of these fees along with Insurance fees are due to each State Office by a time determined by that State.
Most States of Australia have a small paid workforce to take care of matters such as Equipment Shop, Training of Leaders and Pioneers, Promotions and Extension work, Communication and general Administration, and some level of Support Network for Divisions and Companies.
State fees are mainly used in the payment of wages and other running expenses involved in keeping the organisation in that State functioning.
