Each Company is part of a local group of Companies known as a DIVISION.
The purpose of the Division is to provide support, fellowship and friendship for Leaders and girls in Brigade beyond their own Company activities.
Divisions meet regularly during the year for Business meetings. Each Company has voting rights at these meetings and all Leaders are encouraged to attend.
The work of the Division is also of importance to Companies and may include events such as :
Training days for Leaders and Pioneers
Camps for girls
